- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items include:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and accessories.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@zomatechshop.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, our support team will share the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back to the provided address.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
